XplusSecurity is a PC based image enhancement and processing system with extensive archiving possibilities especially developed for police and military missions.
 The XplusSecurity software controls the system during the mission via “One click method.
The XplusSecurityCR35-SEC system is integrated in a robust transport
case. This transport case is specially designed for shelf fitting in vehicles with minimum storage volume. The CR storage phosphor plates are transported to the object in a thin bag and will then be exposed with the existing X-ray tube (pulsed or continuous X-ray beam). Thanks to the mobile power supply the system can be operated location independent over several hours. Findings and objects of up to 70 cm x 86 cm max. can be checked in only one working step. The single CR storage plate is 35 cm x 43 cm big, less than 1 mm thick and can be placed behind each finding / object. Different sizes of storage plates are available.
Example: 5 cm x 8 cm, 10 cm x 24 cm, 18 cm x 24 cm, 24 cm x 30 cm; other sizes on request.

CR storage phosphor plates are used instead of X-ray films.
The XplusCR35 SEC transmits the scanned image data as digital image format to a notebook/PC. Objects of up to 70 cm x 86 cm max. can be displayed with a remarkable perceptibility of details. The CR35 SEC storage plate scanner scans objects with an accuracy of up to 70μm/pixel which enables the display of even finest structures or wires of less than 0.1 mm with up to 65.000 greyscales. The XplusCR35 SEC system is mainly used to locate IEDs / EODs or findings. The optimum display of image data is a great help wherever quick decisions are needed to prevent danger.

The transport case is designed to save as much space as possible, the whole system can be integrated in nearly any shelf system, consuming only little storage space. All pieces are fitted into the compact housing. The integrated heavy duty drawer safely carries the storage plate system during the mission. .
The whole system is ready for operation right from the housing and can either be operated with the battery pack or with the vehicle’s voltage. The notebook is safely stored in the system. Making the system ready is easy and only takes a few moments.
The transport case is specially designed for the vehicle construction. The trolley can easily
be attached to the bottom of the housing. If required, the lashing lugs for air freight can be
integrated.

The XplusSecurity software
is specially developed to meet the requirements of operators. The intuitive handling – reduced to only a few steps – leads to a quick view of the displayed X-ray images. Highest image perceptibility is possible within a scanning time of less than 50 s per plate. The storage plates are deleted directly after scanning and prepared for the next mission.
Das XplusSecurityCR35-SEC System ist in einer widerstandsfähigen Transportkiste integriert. Diese Transportkiste ist speziell für den Regaleinbau in Fahrzeugen mit minimalen Stauvolumen konzipiert.
Die CR-Folien werden in einer dünnen Folientasche zum Untersuchungsobjekt transportiert und mit der vorhandenen Röntgenröhre (Impuls- oder Dauerstrahlröntgenröhre) belichtet. Das System ist dank einer mobilen Stromversorgung über mehrere Stunden ortsunabhängig einsatzfähig. Mit dem System können Fundstücke/Objekte bis zu einer Größe von max. 70 cm x 86 cm in einem Arbeitsschritt geprüft werden. Die einzelne CR-Speicherfolie hat eine Größe von 35 cm x 43 cm, ist weniger als 1mm dick und kann hinter jedem Fundstück/Objekt platziert werden. Es sind unterschiedliche Speicherfoliengrößen verfügbar.

Das XplusCR35 SEC überträgt die eingescannten Bilddaten als digitales Bildformat auf ein Notebook/PC. Objekte bis zu einer maximalen Größe von 70 cm x 86 cm können mit einer einzigartigen Detailgenauigkeit dargestellt werden. Der CR35 SEC Speicherfolienscanner scannt Objekte mit einer Genauigkeit von bis zu 70μm/Pixel. Mit dieser einzigartigen Darstellungsgenauigkeit können selbst feinste Strukturen oder Drähte unter 0,1 mm mit bis zu 65.000 Graustufen sichtbar gemacht werden. Das XplusCR35 SEC System findet seinen Anwendungsschwerpunkt in der Auffindung USBV´s oder Fundsachen. Ãœberall dort, wo im Rahmen der Gefahrenabwehr schnell entschieden werden muss, können die Bilddaten optimal dargestellt werden.
TPX-Folien/Polaroid-Folien werden nicht mehr hergestellt!
Die Transportkiste ist optimal platzsparend konzipiert, das Gesamtsystem kann bei geringstem Stauvolumen in nahezu jedes Regalsystem integriert werden. In dem kompakten Gehäuse sind alle Ausrüstungsgegenstände eingepasst. Die integrierte Schwerlastschublade trägt das Speicherfoliensystem sicher während der Nutzung.
Das Gesamtsystem ist aus dem Gehäuse heraus voll einsatzbereit und kann sowohl über die Akku-Packs als auch die Bordnetzspannung betrieben werden.
Das Notebook ist geschützt im Systemverpackt. Mit wenigen Handgriffen ist das System einsatzbereit.
Die Transportkiste ist speziell für den Fahrzeugbau vorbereitet. Mit wenigen Handgriffen ist der Trolley am Gehäuseboden zu befestigen. Die Zurössen für die Luftverlastung können bei Bedarf integriert werden.

Die Software XplusSecurity ist speziell für die Anwendungsbedürfnisse von Entschärfern entwickelt worden. Die intuitive Bedienung - auf wenige Arbeitsschritte reduziert – ermöglicht nach wenigen Augenblicken den Blick
auf die dargestellten Röntgenbilder. Höchste Bilderkennbarkeiten sind in
weniger als 50 s Einscannzeit/Folie möglich. Die Speicherfolien werden direkt
nach dem Einlesen gelöscht und für den nächsten Einsatz vorbereitet.
